The Grand Formosa Facilities: The Grand has a total of four lounges, with amazing furnishings, decor and artwork. The Grand sweeping staircase ascends to an amazing 80ft gallery serving the upper suites and Sporting Games Lounge. This lounge has South West facing balconies, relax and chill out, watch the beautiful Florida Sunsets sipping your favourite tipple. Work out in the gymnasium, play pool/snooker or watch TV in total comfort, butlers bar for those cocktails and its own separate private stairwell leading to the lower floors. At the far end of the upper gallery is the entrance to the huge 85ft rear balcony with magnificent uninterrupted views over Star Lake and the countryside beyond. Again lounge in total comfort or catch the daytime sun on the balcony suntrap. The Grand Lounge, on the ground floor, overlooks the pool and lake, sumptuous furnishings with state of art illumination. The front lounge is the Piano Lounge with Grand Piano, both areas being serviced by a Butlers Bar and adjoining Wine Cellar.
Pool, Entertainment and Communication: This Villa exudes everything you could possibly expect from the ultimate family home. The 55ft heated pool is Azure coated surrounded by Roman steps and architectural columns, hot tub spa, infinity edge overlooking the lake, with fountains and cascading waterfalls. The covered lanai has outside seating for 16, with a summer kitchen and BBQ area. A dedicated sun bathing area outside the pool screen for those serious sun worshippers. All outside areas have sun loungers and reclining chairs. All bedrooms have plasma TV's, Sports Lounge and Grand Lounge both have 60' HD Cable Plasma TV's, Computer, Internet broadband/wireless, FREE phone calls to USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Music system piped throughout the Villa including the balconies and pool area. CINEMA, Movie Theatre, with 10ft High Definition screen, full state of art surround sound system, fully reclining Cinema seats with drink holders, mood lighting and awesome twinkling starlight ceiling. Movie library with over 100 titles.
