Photos and Description of the Diano Marina vacation house rental New house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, to sleep up to 5 person

It's a pretty house terminated to build in 2008. It's built on two level and it's composed by a living room with crystal service, two sofa and fireside. The living room is comunicating with a kitchen and with a beautiful garden . On earth level there are also a bathroom with shower and wash room with washing machine. On level one there are two bathroom and a bathroom with bath. There are also two terrace where is possible to get tanned or to relax. The beach is about ten minutes to walk or three minutes with bike or car. Near the garden there is a park car.

Luigi's house is beautiful, with everything you could need including a modern kitchen, cool open plan downstairs space including a shower room, and upstairs two generous bedrooms (second more suitable for children being in the eves) with huge balconies and another lovely bathroom and a nice sized garden and patio perfect for meals. The house came in a really clean condition and Luigi was there, very welcoming, to show us around and give us the information we would need for our stay. It is a 5 minute walk from two small supermarkets and 10 minutes maximum to the beach, walking through the pedestrianised town centre on the way. It also has gated parking for peace of mind and towns such as San Remo are less than an hour away. It took us 1hr 30 mins to get there from Genova, 1hr on the way back. There are three good pizzerias on the way into town (on the side of the rail tracks that the house sits) and although not a huge variety of activities in town there was enough, and we were there in mid to low season. I would definitely recommend this house, would stay again and not only in summer but the wood fire in the living room looked very welcoming when colder weather sets in, although I am not sure when as in late September it was 28 degress. If you come to this area outside July and August be prepared for a quiet stay, but if you are looking for relaxation and the independance of your own house this is perfect, just make allowance for slightly crazy italian drivers on the way!

Luigis Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier merkt man, daß Luigis Frau Architektin ist. Die Betreuung ist genau richtig, angenehm zurückhaltend und dennoch schnell und effizient.
Wir hatten das Glück, Ende Oktober bei strahlendem Sonnenschein und Wassertemperaturen jenseits der zwanzig Grad sogar noch im Meer schwimmen zu können. Ansonsten kommt für Kultur- und Landschaftsinteressierte in Ligurien sicher keine Langeweile auf.

Urlaub mit Sonnengarantie...

Nach der Beschreibung vom Vermieter sind wir mit entsprechenden Erwartungen nach Italien gefahren. Das Haus ist super toll. Es ist modern und hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Man bekommt alles genau erklärt und wertvolle Tipps zum Einkaufen und Baden. Der Strand ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wer auf sein Buget achten muß plant lieber etwas mehr Zeit ein, da der kostenlose Strand etwas weiter weg ist. Die Italiener sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kinderlieb. An den Straßenverkehr muß man sich echt erst gewöhnen, aber nach einiger Zeit funktioniert auch das Autofahren gut. Wer etwas sehen möchte, fährt in die Berge oder nach Cannes und Monaco. Auch das Aquarium in Genua ist seine 17 Euro Eintritt wert.

Wir waren eine Woche in Diano Marina und hatten wundervolle Ferien. Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet mit einer schönen Küche, die wirklich gut ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist optimal und der Vermieter wirklich sehr nett. Wir waren hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub

den man nur hat wenn alles rundherum stimmt und so wurden alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Das Ferienhaus ist neu und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Küche ist einfach toll. Ein Haus mit hoher Wohnqualität, es liegt ruhig (gut für Kinder) und es sind ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zum schönen Sandstrand(ist an der Riviera selten).
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben. Mit 6 Personen (4 Erw. + 2 Kinder) wird es auch an Regentagen nicht zu eng.
Diano Marina ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort mit ital. Flair, einer schönen Strandpromenade, reichlich Einkaufsstraßen zum Bummeln mit vielen Restaurants,Pizzerien und lecker Eis.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Für gute Verständigung haben deutsch sprechende Nachbarn gesorgt, die uns jederzeit mit Infos versorgt haben, Wir fanden das supernett und sind sehr dankbar dafür.
Wir wünschen allen eine gute Zeit und vielleicht sieht man sich mal wieder in Diano Marina!
