This luxurious 4 Bed/3 Bath spacious home offers a beautiful and peaceful retreat for your vacation. Well situated in a quiet and secure residential area within the prestigious River Strand gated community. The house, which has a 3-car garage, is fully air-conditioned/heated and furnished to a very high standard. The four bedrooms are configured 1 x king, 1 x queen, 2 x twin bedded rooms. In addition the den also has a double sofa-bed and closet. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature walk-in closets, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The large open plan central living area boasts an entrance hall, pool table, dining table for 8 and spacious lounge with 40' flat screen TV with home cinema system. The house also has a private pool and spa within a large lanai and backs on to an unspoiled preserve area bordering the Manatee River, furnished with dining table and chairs for 8 and 4 sun loungers.
