'Quiet and private' describes this tucked away community with private gated beach access. Walk right down our path a couple of blocks to the sugary white Destin beach and spend the day in the sun! Or spend an afternoon at the private neighborhood swimming a perfect place to get away from it all.

If shopping is your favorite pastime, you will find the Silver Sands Outlet center just around the corner. There are plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and several evening hotspots in the area. This is truly the best location on the beach!

Our home features updated 'resort chic' decor with a tropical flair. The newly decorated family room offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware and gadgets needed to prepare meals for dining in. A separate dining area seats four guests in addition to bar seating in the kitchen. As an extra bonus, you will find a gas barbecue grill on the patio!

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a pull out sofa, this home accommodates 7-9 guests comfortably. For the little ones, we have provided a portable crib and highchair. There is a fenced in backyard too. If you must travel with your 'four legged friend', please inquire about our pet policy.
