There is a separate guest floor with three deluxe bedroom suites plus a sauna and jacuzzi hot tub for relaxing after a fun-filled day of skiing, hiking, biking or golfing. Want to give your teens, in-laws or other guests a treat? Then let them stay in their own apartment on the bottom floor complete with kitchen, fireplace, wet bar, sleeping alcove and bunk room. Want to rest, then kick back in front of the big screen television and fireplace, pour yourself a drink from the wet bar, or play a rousing game of cards. Or just stay put and enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe with its clear, pristine water and sandy beaches. You can take a boat ride around the lake, water-ski, fish or swim. Lake Tahoe has it all!! Notes: Children and the Active Elderly are certainly welcome; however there are stairs to climb in getting to each floor. Also, Incline Village is approximately 7000 feet above sea level, so those with any sort of respiratory condition might become winded easily. Also, because of the height of the outside decks, small children need to be carefully watched.

Ski: Not available for large ski club groups, or for individuals under 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents. As noted earlier there are many world class ski resorts less than an hour's drive from Incline Village. Ski Incline is located within the boundaries of Incline Village. Squaw Valley, Heavenly Valley, Mt Rose, Slide Mountain, Northstar are just some of the better known areas for Alpine skiing and snow-boarding.

Golf: There are two major golf course in Incline Village, and numerous other golf facilities nearby.
