Living Area Tastefully furnished inc. an entertainment unit complete with television and DVD player, with sliding doors opening on to the lanai and pool area. A separate dining room and breakfast area. Kitchen Well equipped and spacious with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer & waste disposal. A separate laundry room with full sized washing machine and tumble dryer, large storage area and iron/ ironing board. Dining Area Separate dining area leads from the kitchen Master Bedroom: Has family size en-suite bathroom - with twin sinks large bath and walk-in shower. One large walk-in wardrobe with sliding door. King-size bed. Ceiling Fans with air conditioning. Patio doors which open onto the lanai and pool. 2nd bedroom: Large built in wardrobes. Double bed. 3rd bedroom: Two single beds. Large built in wardrobes. Pool Deck Area Large glass table and seating for six plus two sun loungers set on the lanai for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ

You can reach the shops within a 2 minute drive. Close by are 2 local supermarkets, Publix & Winn Dixie The Rotonda Area is surrounded by 72 holes of golf. Here are just a few of the golf clubs available. Long Marsh Golf Club Rotonda Golf & Country Club The Hills, The Palms and The Links Port Charlotte (15 minutes by car) for shopping this area holds a large shopping mall & others can be found in Sarasota & Fort Myers areas. Excellent beaches 15 minutes drive from our villa. Englewood Beach is located along County Road 776 (Beach Road) Shops, restaurants and bars are within short distance of the beach. The Beach is open from 6 am.-11 pm. Stump Pass Beach is a state recreation area, and is located just south of Englewood Beach at the end of the road. Boca Grande Beach is a public beach and can be reached along State Road 771 a toll for a car is required. The beach offers full facilities, including freshwater showers.

    There is a 12 % Charlotte County Taxes which are chargeable on all rentals.

    After stay standard cleaning charge £60 per rental.

    Discounts Available on Long Term Rentals.

    20% deposit on booking secures dates .

    Optional electric pool heating during winter period - preferred during October to March, is GBP£56 per week.

    The Booking Terms and Conditions are also available on request.

    In addition, we have a high speed internet connection available at a reasonable extra charge, you only need to bring your laptop.

This is an excellent villa a home from home.The heated pool is wonderful.The bed in the master room is a joy plenty of room and very comfortable.The property on arrival was spotless and as we arrived late the lights had been put on for us.The villa is in a very nice area and not overlooked.I would definatley recommend this too friends and family.Just a short drive from the major supermarkets and only ten minutes to the beach.You don't have to worry about washing clothes as there is a very large washing machine and drier and an iron should you need it..Also a dishwasher.There are plenty of eating places and a book which gives a very good selection of different restaurants that should suite everyone.We found a very good place called Howards in Englewood which does a very good fish and chips and delicious steaks.
