Meals and shopping: We provide a complimentary welcome pack, with tea and coffee, milk and sugar plus something tasty to welcome you (usually home-made cake - let us know your favourite when you book!) If you wish, we can offer home-cooked meals, left in your cottage for you to simply heat and serve. Or we can arrange for some shopping to be bought and delivered to you, either on the day you arrive or during your stay. Stay in bed and let us bring your morning papers and rolls! Just let us know what you need, and we'll let you know what we can do.
Arranging leisure activities for you: We can advise you (for free) on local sports and leisure activities and, for a small charge, we are happy to make bookings on your behalf. If you've always wanted to try archery, surfing, riding, golf, fishing or sailing, we can arrange it. We can organise beauty treatments or hairdressing, either in a local salon or in the comfort of Haywood. We can also arrange art or photography lessons. Tell us what you fancy doing and we'll give you some suggestions.
Children and pets: If you are bringing children, tell us their ages and we'll ensure there are some suitable toys, books and DVDs in the cottage. We can also give you some ideas of activities they will enjoy in the local area. We can arrange babysitting. We will provide bowls, beds and towels for dogs and can arrange dog-sitting or dog-walking if you want to enjoy activities without your dog. For example, take a trip into Edinburgh whilst your dog enjoys 'doggie daycare' with beach or woodland walks, or even a 'pooch pampering' session.
