This well appointed and very spacious villa located on Sunningdale Village in the heart of the Golf Del sur is ideal for golfers and families, as well as anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in the sun. The villa is located in a quiet corner of the complex overlooking the well maintained gardens and the ninth hole of the world class Golf Del Sur golf course. The sea, bars, shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Sunningdale village attracts families and couples of various nationalities who want a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings within close walking distance to all amenities. The site is virtually flat and so suitable for elderly, and children in buggies. The pool is heated and has a lifeguard, there is a pool side restaurant which also offers evening meals and nightly entertainment. There is a children's play area close to the pool which includes slides and swings etc. Sunningdale Village also has a 'kids club' with treasure hunts and games.

Nearest Ferry: Los Cristianos at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: TF1 at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Kilometres

Tenerife has a spectacular mountain range, good beaches, plenty of Golf courses and all year round sunshine. The beaches are clean and well maintained and it is here you can book trips to go out and see the dolphins and whales which can be seen all year round. Just a 2 minute walk away is the international bowling green located at winter Gardens. Mount Teide is just a short drive away and weather permitting a cable car will take you to to the top or you may prefer to walk to the top. Other attractions include the Aqua Park and newly opened Siam Park with over 15 rides, Loro Parque or the monkey park. Within easy walking distance is the square of San Blas where you will find many restaurants and bars to choose from with nightly entertainment. Please note that all entertainment has to stop at midnight, however the bars stay open so you can drink the night away should you wish.
