This tastefully decorated and very comfortable furnished and equipped country French home (190m2, not including garage, wine cellar and laundry room), is located just near the wine regions of Burgundy, Fontainebleau, Disneyland and Paris.
Situated in a rural surrounding in the small, picturesque village of VOISINES (314 people). Voisines has a lovely small church, dating to the 16th century (additional photos - please see our website: mdg-france com) -

DESCRIPTION::
This country French manor maison is complete with full authentic elements such as: 'les poutres apparentes' (beam ceilings of oak) and old-world craftsmanship details throughout.
There is a large, open family/living room with fireplace and wonderful decorator appointments (owner is an architect and interior designer).
A full wine cellar and garage are also situated on the property.
Furthermore, you have the use of the pleasant gardens and terrace with breathtaking views (unobstructed) of the rolling countryside in all directions.
The well-kept parklike gardens (1200 m2) have diverse terraces and provide a great overlook for the lovely French storybook landscape.

Foyer/hallway, master bedroom (king size bed), hallway with full bath and large tub, 2nd bedroom (queen bed), 3rd bedroom (full size) with high sleep area (mezzanine for 1 person) and WC. All Bedrooms have cathedral ceilings, fully decorated and beautiful views of French countryside...(no buildings)
