Other inclusions: a fully equipped kitchen with modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities with a washer and a dryer and a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV.

This Noosa Sound rental includes polished concrete floors throughout and modern finishes and furnishings. Set up to accommodate families and couples with ease, this apartment is located within close proximity to all of the action on Hastings Street. Amenities available to guests include partial air conditioning, a DVD player, secure parking, a furnished terrace with a barbecue and access to the complex's shared gardens.

Please note the following concerning this Noosa Sound holiday home: there is no phone or Austar in the unit, and there is no pool at the apartment complex. All holidays that are booked more than 30 days before guests are set to arrive must include a minimum of 5 to 7 nights, and no single-night bookings are offered. Use the following tariffs for all other bookings, which all have a 5-night minimum: low season - $130 a night or $735 a week, mid-season - $150 a night or $840 a week, high season - $215 a night or $1,235 a week and Christmas season - $258 a night or $1,875 a week.
