South facing townhouse with sunny front terrace and garden. Situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The house is ideally situated for golfing enthusiasts and those wanting a get away from it all holiday. There are also some lovely walks nearby for nature lovers. The nearest beach at Torre-De -La Horadada is approximately 15 minute drive, with many more blue flag beaches along the coast. Alicante airport is approx a 50minute drive while San Javier ( Murcia ) is within 15 minutes drive and Benidorm is within easy access on the AP7 about an hour and half drive. In the town of Pila De La Horadada there is a large municipal swimming pool and indoor bowls.

A few minutes walk brings you to local bars, restaurants and a small English supermarket. Within a 20 minute walk is the old town of Campoverde where there are more shops ,bars, bank and a doctors surgery. It is only a 10 minute drive to lovely beaches of Torro de la Horadada and el Mahon and is convenient for the lovely Mar Menor and historical Cartagena. There are also a number of golf courses within easy reach,Villa Martin and Campoamor to name but a few, 5 minutes down the road is the recently completed Lo Romero golf course.
