The studio is located in the centre of Cala Ratjada in a small, peaceful side street. Beach, bars and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The studio is newly renovated and it has a living room/bedroom, an open kitchen, shower bath and balcony. It is completed equipped with cable TV, CD-player, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, 2 cooking plates, dishes, utensils, towels, bedsheets, electric radiators, iron, etc. On request, a travel bed for children is possible (€ 5 per night).

Wunderschönes Studio

Wir haben 10 Tage in dem wunderschönem Studio verbracht . Das Studio entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern hier ,sehr gepflegt und sauber , es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht .Sehr Zentral gelegen , man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Hafen und in den angesagten Bars und Restaurantes , Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich um die Ecke . Auch die Vermieter sind super nett , sie besitzen das Restaurante Pasta Pasta in dem wir fast jeden Abend zum essen waren , einfach nur lecker .
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder .

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement

Dieses Appartement entspricht absolut deutschem Standard. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, was auch auf den Naßbereich zutrifft, worauf ich besonderen Wert lege.
Die Lage ist perfekt, zentrumsnah in einer Seitenstraße.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und besitzen ein Restaurant, welches an dieser Stelle unbedingt erwähnt werden muß, nämlich das Pasta Pasta. Sehr netter Service und sehr gutes Essen.

Eine super klasse,süsse kleine Wohnung. Die Lage ist super zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sämtliche Kochmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wenn mann zu zweit einen netten Urlaub machen möchte, besser gehts fast nicht. Das Preisleistungverhältniss ist absolut i.O.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir sind gerade aus unserem Urlaub wieder zurück...es war sehr schön! Zum einen lag es natürlich am sonnigen und schönen Mallorca, zum anderen lag es aber auch daran, daß wir ein klasse und liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio hatten. Dazu kam auch noch daß die Vermieter sehr nett und sehr Gastfreundlich sind!!! Unsere Tochter war auch sehr angetan vom Vermieter, der Michel... deshalb wäre Sie am liebsten auch jeden Tag ins Pasta Pasta essen gegangen (das Restaurant was dem Vermietern gehört...ein echt guter Tipp wenn man lecker essen möchte!!!) Unsere Tochter hat auch schon beschlossen: nächstes Jahr wieder Cala Ratjada, und bitte wieder genau daaaaaaa!!! Die Wohnung ist auch genau so wie beschrieben, sogar noch einen Tick schöner! Das Meer ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Promenade. Wir waren schonmal in Cala Ratjada im Hotel. Trotz selber kochen, selber Betten machen und selber spülen...war es besser als damals der Hotelurlaub. Wir danken nochmal unseren Vermietern und kommen bestimmt wieder...

....Der (Geheim) Tipp..... !!!!!!

Das Studio liegt sehr zentral, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Cala Ratjada. Es ist genauso ordentlich und sauber gepflegt, wie es auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Wir waren im Hochsommer (ca.30°C) dort und haben uns öfter eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Wir haben es jedoch mit gutem lüften gut überstanden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant der Besitzer, ist zu empfehlen.
Dies war unser erster Urlaub, ohne Hotel und wir sind total begeistert.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr....
