House, 4 Bedrooms + Detached Unit, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-16)

This 8-acre property is peaceful and private with superb views. It is perfect for guests who enjoy the Aspen Valley area and want a retreat. We often see wildlife including elk and deer, and there are many types of birds. The Main House is open and light, with awesome views of from Aspen to Glenwood. Enjoy the scenery from the deck in the summer or through the many windows with views during the winter.

In the summer, Fly Fish the famous Gold Medal Frying Pan, Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers. Golf, Hiking, Rafting, Horse Back riding, and Mountain Biking are some of the Valley’s abundant summer time activities. There is a seasonal creek on the property in the Summer.

A winter paradise. FIVE mountains all within 30 minutes of the house – Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Sunlight. Rentals available in Carbondale, Basalt and Glenwood Springs.

50 Inch Plasma TV with Satellite service. Stereo system with iPhone Dock. High Speed WiFi. Xbox system as well.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a wide range of cooking equipment and small appliances. Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, towels, blankets, and toiletries,

Large Master Suite with work out room and walk out to yard. Hot Tub is just outside the door!. Master has 1 King, Second bedroom has a Queen and it's own full bath, third Bedroom has Full Bed, Fourth Bedroom has Full Size Sofa Bed.

Great for Families! Plenty of room for extra air mattress if necessary.

Carbondale is a hub of fabulous restaurants, shopping, art and theatre. There is also dining and shopping in nearby Basalt and Glenwood Springs.
