Holland Park: This Flat is Located in the Heart of Holland park. The flat is walking distance to Holland park & Hyde park. Plus Portobello Market at the weekends. Holland park is also close to High Street Kensington (for Shopping) & South Kensington. Holland Park is only a short journey to Knightsbridge & the West End. Holland Park is situated adjacent to London's Trendy Notting Hill.

First Floor 1 Double Bedroom Flat: This Flat was fully refurbished in May 2008. The flat has had a new kitchen & new bathroom built into this apartment. New carpets were placed in the bedroom, while in the lounge all the floorboards were repainted white. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and the flat was decorated with a contemporary feel. This flat situated on the first floor has high ceilings and 3 large french windows which creates a light bright space overlooking this great roof terrace with new furniture.

The flat is modern, stylish, clean and well equipped. Everything in the flat worked well. Only the bedroom window was broken and taped together making it impossible to open.
The terrace looks out on Holland Park Avenue resulting in some traffic noise, but the bedroom is in the back and traffic dies down at night.
The flat is situated in a lovely part of London within walking distance of Holland Park, Notting Hill as well as to Holland Park tube station and bus stations.
There is also a Tesco and other shops close by.
We had a late arrival at London but Robin had made arrangements for our pick up and we were very well taken care of.
We would recommend the flat for 2 people though it is ok for 2 adults and 1 child.

A cautionary tale

My experience has been woeful. The service has been extremely poor, (unreturned phone calls, unanswered emails, lost information etc) ..just what you don't want when on holiday. To make matters worse, despite assurances that the fully refundable deposit would be promptly returned, weeks after check-out I'm still waiting and all methods of communicating with the Agent have been ignored. Needless to say I would not recommend this property.

The flat was clean and comfortable with all mod cons, and the service and assistance from Robin was extremely friendly and helpful.
The flat is in a lovely part of London. The Holland Park tube station is just a few minutes walk away, with the Central Line going straight to the West End and Theatreland. There were various eating places down the road, although we never managed to go to any, they all looked very nice. There is also a small Tesco supermarket close by. The Westfield Mall (huge!) was one stop away on the tube at Shepherds Bush.

The flat is on a busy road with the result that there is some traffic noise, although not heard from the bedroom, but this didn't distract from a very comfortable stay.
I would certainly recommend this flat to friends.

The stylish, modern interior adds a lot of "flair" to this apartment which is in a great location just a few minutes away from Holland Park tube station. The new Westfield shopping center is a 5-10 minutes walk away, down the road opposite Shepards Bush station. To relax I highly recommend a stroll in beautiful Holland Park.
Everything in the apartment worked well. I loved to sit out on the terrace. Some people might have issues with the road being quite busy. But the bedroom goes out to the back and the effects of the raod are alleviated by the large trees lining it.
My booking (which was done on short notice) was handled both in a professional and friendly manner. Robin arrived bang on time and handled things efficiently. (To some this might not sound like something which needs to be highlighted. However, I found myself hanging around with my family for 2 hours in front of an apartment building in Barcelona once until finally the "agent" arrived.) I value professionalism and reliability.)
I would recommend the property for 2 people staying. It is doable for 4 but obviously it will feel less luxurious.
