Wedding!

This is such an amazing property, I've never imagined such a great place. Be prepared though! This house is literally wide open. It's slightly intimidating. The entire western side of the house is wide open. Think of it as a 4 story treehouse. We loved it. The caretakers, Mary and Pious, are incredible. Mary cooked us an incredible dinner and they were just wonderful. Make sure you rent a car(they'll hook you up). It's roughly 1/2 hour to drive to town, but the house itself is pretty remote. When the taxi service picks you up (Ben's), pay attention driving into there as it is remote. The house is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing. We got married there. We had grand ideas of getting married on the beach before we got there, but we ended up doing it right at the house. It's that great. We built a bouquet right out the yard flowers, which Mary helped us with. Bring CD's. they have a nice sound system wired through the house. Easy access(same 1/2 hour drive) to all the sights, Volcano, mud baths, mineral springs, nice restaurants, town. Just be prepared for a bumpy ride in and a wide open house. Don't be intimidated, you'll enjoy your stay.
