Villa Joanna is an immaculate detached bungalow, offering 3 en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable open plan living area inside, whilst the outside space is superb – a large patio area, beautifully maintained landscaped gardens around the private swimming pool, plenty of sun beds, tables, chairs and parasols… Not to mention the private Jacuzzi with pergola over and curtain screen. All enjoying tremendous privacy being well fenced all around, the gardens are full of colour, carefully planted with many trees, bushes, flowers and shrubs. Perfect for families, couples, elderly or a group, with all the accommodation on one level. The open planned living area has a sitting area, formal dining table and well equipped kitchen, there is a separate guests toilet and the 3 bedrooms are arranged with, the master bedroom, a large room with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second & third bedrooms are both twin rooms (with 2 single beds) and have private en-suite shower rooms.

Situated only a few hundred meters from the dramatic Sea Caves, and a couple minutes drive from the beautiful Agios Georgious harbour with tavern overlooking the sea and out to Yeronissos Island… You are only a short drive from the bustling village of Peyia, well stocked with taverns, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc. Coral Bay is a few minutes by car, with its safe sandy beach, water sports and selection of restaurants, cafes and shops amongst other amenities. Right on your doorstep is the Akamas Peninsula, totally unspoilt, beautiful scenery, … The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Paphos, with the ‘Old Town’ and the harbour. Here you have an abundance of shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, supermarkets etc. Every visitor to this region should explore the ‘Tomb of the Kings’ archaeological site and the mosaics… There are many tourist attractions in the region, including horse riding, water park, go-karts, boat trips.
