Attractive easy care garden with covered terrace, bar-b-que and swing seat for outdoor summer living at its best. Easy access to beaches, mountains, fjords, native forests, glaciers and national parks. Abundant wildlife including seals, whales, native birds. Delicious New Zealand wines including the famous Sauvignon Blanc right at your doorstep. 20 minute flight to the capital Wellington. 1 hour from Auckland and one hour from Queenstown by air. Good road network from Blenheim to all over the South Island and car ferry to Wellington for access to the attractions of the North Island. Close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The port of Picton is the gateway for boating and diving in the Marlborough Sounds and access to island hideaways and nature walks. Camping is possible nearby. Lakes and hot springs a couple of hours away. Rail service to Christchurch and the West Coast. Blenheim is the capital of the famous wine growing region famous for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir wine
