These modern, stylish, self-catering apartments, situated on the beautiful west coast of Barbados in the popular parish of St. James, provide the conveniences necessary for an enjoyable stay. The apartment building contains 2 two-bedroom apartments on the top floor and 4 one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood and away from noisy traffic, it is the ideal place for the budget conscious family or for someone who just wants to get away from it all. Even so, you are still never far away from the good things the West Coast has to offer: fine dining, exotic bars, water sports, lovely beaches and good shopping. You can relax and watch TV, choosing form movie, sports, news, network and information channels. Alternatively, you may prefer to browse the internet (computer not provided). In the evening, you can relax in the patio and watch exotic birds fly by in the garden. Both short and long-term guests speak with pleasure of their enjoyable stays here.

This comfortable and relaxing 1-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. There are security bars and insect screens at all windows. There is a quiet modern air-conditioner in the bedroom and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living/dining room. The living/dining area is tastefully decorated and includes 3 armchairs, 1 table with 4 chairs, 1 coffee table, cable TV, DVD player, telephone and broadband internet access. The bedroom has two large fitted wardrobes, two twin beds, a telephone, internet access and cable-TV access. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a four burner stove with a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven and other appliances and equipment that are necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a patio, where you can sit and relax, while enjoying the sunset and cooling breezes.

Fantastic Location

Stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and all i can say is that it was faultless. It had everything you would need to make you feel at home including the patio area were you could relas in the evening with some drinks.
The owner Stephen showed me around the apartment and made me feel very welcome on my first day.
The location was great ie great transport links and above all a safe neighbourhood. The bus stop was only a 5 mins walk, therefore easy access to Holetown which is only 5 mins by bus and Speightstown in the north. At Holetown you had all the amenties you need including supermarkets, restaurants, banks, entertainment, etc. Due to its location i hardly had no need to travel by taxis
The apartment itself was very secure and you always felt safe especially when travelling on your own. There were other people occupying the other apartments so therefore had some company at night.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone. As for me i cannot wait to get back.

Brilliant Location.

What impressed me most of all about this apartment was its brilliant location in terms of very good transport links,closeness to many beaches on the west coast, the shops in Holetown and a very safe area in terms of its location.
The apartment itself is spacious and ideal for a couple. The patio area even makes it more spacious. Although i was on my own i never once felt lonely due to the residents in the other apartments who made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
As well as the shops in Holetown, less than 10 minutes by bus, there was also a local mini-market opposite the Lone Star Hotel just 10 mins walk. My favourite spot close to the apartment was the Golden Anchor Pub/Restaurant that served brilliant food at very affordable prices.
The owner Stephen met me on arrival and showed me round the apartment as well as gave me his number just in case of any emergencies.
I would finally recommend this apartment to any one due to its location and value for money. I for one can't wait to go back

Myself and my husband stayed in one of the great one bedroom apartments for ten nights in February 2012. The apartment really was a home away from home with everything that you need for a happy, relaxing holiday.
There are a couple of restaurants/beach bars with 5-10 minutes walk or Holetown is an easy, very regular 5-10 minute bus ride away where there is an abundance of shops and restaurants, if not abit pricey. We also made the most of the fully equipped kitchen on many nights of our stay.
The nearby beach was probably one of our favourite on the island (and we travelled around alot of them!) with the added highlight of pretty much guaranteed turtle visits each day and exceptionally cheap sunbed and umbrella hire at Ramshackles bar.
With unlimited free wifi, satalite TV and a DVD player you couldn't ask for more.
The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional and the setting was very peaceful.
We can definitely say that we did not expect such a great apartment for such a great price and feel confident that this is probably one of the best value for money holiday apartments in Barbados.
We were sad to leave and we look forward to and would feel very comfortable to return again soon with our new baby twins!

Excellent budget accommodation

I stayed here with my partner in March 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the west coast.

The apartment is very good value for money and very clean. The small block of apartments is set on a quiet road with a shared grassed garden to the rear. Small private patio area with chairs. Kitchen was small but well equipped with hobs, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. Twin bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom with shower, towels included. Security safe, wifi and air con were included in the price - amazing. Stephan, the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Located in a quiet residential area. We felt very safe. Taxi from the airport cost around 70 Barbados Dollars. The apartment is a 5-10min stroll to the main road, where you can catch a bus up and down the coast (2 Barbados Dollars). A lovely beach is just across this road. The Lone Star restaurant and Ramshackle bar are also close by, on the main road, backing onto the beach. Snorkelling gear can be hired from the Ramshackle to swim with the turtles. The bus takes 5-10 min into Holetown, where there is a shopping complex, supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants.

We look forward to returning in the future.

New building, newly decorated,with fully equipped kithchen. For us it was the best spot in Barbados, situated in a quiet road with a stunning beach close by, easy access to the marine reserve and all the west coast beaches. Stephan is friendly, very helpful and caring. There is one convenience store within 10 mins walk on the main road where you can also catch a bus. A taxi from the airport cost you around 30US.

This property is situated on the beautiful west coast of Barbados in the popular parish of St. James. It is located in a peaceful, modern residential neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Scuba diving, snorkeling and many other water sports are available nearby. For the sports enthusiasts, there are several tennis courts, not far away, where you can play tennis for a fee; the Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane golf courses, two of the finest in the Caribbean, are also within easy reach. The busy Holetown and Sunset Crest areas, where one can find banks, a post office, good shopping, a supermarket, excellent and exotic restaurants as well as fast-food restaurants, bars, cafes, Internet cafes, a 24 hour medical centre, a gas station, and thriving nightlife, are about 1 mile away.
