This is a brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom attached structure with a separate entrance. The living room has a 50 inch HD flat screen TV, surround sound, wifi internet, netflix, and blue ray. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, with laminated wood in the rest of the house. Also featured is an outside deck with a small view of Lake Tahoe.
This house is located in a residential neighborhood close to Granlibakken Resort off of Hwy 89 in Tahoe City. The location is best for 1 to 2 couples who enjoy the serenity of the outdoors and the convenience of Tahoe City. There are many activities in the area, a variety of restaurants, shopping, lake walks, golfing, boating, bicycle rides, and rafting, to name a few.
I am sometimes available for boating excursions if requested, perhaps to one of the lake front restaurants for lunch.

I share this ownership of the original house with family. We come visit Tahoe occasionally, since the rental space has a separate entrance, guests have complete privacy.
There are so many things to do in Tahoe, I wish I could visit more. I love sharing the experience with family and friends.

We originally purchased this house as a vacation home for snow skiing, etc. It is in a great location for relaxation and activity. I originally built a garage for my boat and then built the apartment above which has worked out great.
I start my day off enjoying the crisp air and morning sun as I have a cup of coffee and breakfast on the deck. After that I partake in the activities of the Tahoe Basin. I love window shopping the streets of downtown Truckee, and Reno. In the afternoon it is always nice to come back to this home after a full day and have a refreshing beverage while cooking on the BBQ. It is so relaxing...
