Villa Caretta is a stylish villa with a private plunge pool & Mediterranean garden borders under 500 m from the beach. It is located in the family friendly area of Kapparis, just outside Paralimni, a short drive from popular Protaras with the famous ‘Fig Tree Bay’. The livelier resort of Ayia Napa is 15 mins away. You will find a good selection of restaurants & tavernas within walking distance offering traditional Cypriot food, Italian and Chinese. Villa Caretta has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully Air-Conditioned. The villa is newly decorated and has bedding and furnishings from quality producers for a home-from-home feel. It is situated off all main roads for peace and quiet during your stay. We have books and DvDs in the villa together with Satellite TV with both UK and local channels for when you finally get home and want to put your feet up. Paralimni is a wonderful typical Cypriot town open all year round and boasting many facilities - including M&S for the UK homesick.

Kapparis offers a good selection of restaurants and traditional tavernas within walking distance from the villa. There are also stylish bars, cafés, small shops, internet cafe and a new bakery all within walking distance. Kapparis is a quiet family friendly resort, Nr. Protaras and close to the pretty little town of Paralimni - which is open & lively all year around. Malama Bay and Fireman’s Beach are walkable. The adjacent Malama resort sells day passes for a wide range of family activities . The scenery along the coastal path is breathtaking & beaches for safe swimming & snorkeling are abundant. Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is only 10 mins away - as is Ayia Napa. There is a small Pet Zoo on the outskirts of Kapparis.

    The balance is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200/€250 for potential breakages is also required with the final balance, please. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damages.
    We accept payment in GBP by cheque or bank transfer into a UK account or in EUROS into a Cypriot account.
