Our beach is at it best at this time of the year - sunny days & cool nights in front of the wood fire.
This great beach house has been built with family holidays in mind, just a short stroll to the surf beach. In high season and school holidays the beach is flagged at our central entrance to the beach. (#11) A bike/walk path runs the full length of Casuarina into Cabarita in one direction and Salt / KIingscliff in the other direction.
It is not usual to be the only person on the beach for miles, a gorgeous part of the world - you could be anywhere, there no houses visible from the beach.
Sea Mist is pet friendly so the family can travel with their furry friend. The yard is fully fenced, dogs on a lead are allowed on the Casuarina Beach, leash free beaches are close by.
The lower lever is open plan - bright & breezy space, great for entraining, lounge (TV with Austar), dining, kitchen with a private central north facing sun drenched BBQ/dining deck.
Also on this level is the laundry, powder room and 4th bedroom / office if extra bedding is required.
The middle (sleeping) level has the master bedroom (queen) with ensuite and walk in robe. Relax in bed with the sound of the ocean as you are drifting off to sleep. The master bedroom faces with its own deck for quiet cups of tea in the morning sun.
The 2nd bedroom is a queen size room and the 3rd room contains 2 king single beds with 2 trundles, ideal for 4 children.
This level has the main bathroom with separate WC. There is also a nice reading area to get away for those quiet moments.
The 3rd level has been well set up for the children's TV space (with Austar) or entertaining friends with sunset drinks enjoying sea views to the East and Mt Warning views to the West.
