Our fully air conditioned condo comprising of an open plan living and kitchen/dining area, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a guest bathroom with full bath and shower, is available for year round rental. The condo is close to many of America's best beaches, including the lively beaches of Clearwater and St Pete's and the quieter beaches of Honeymoon Island, Howard Park and Caladesi Island. There are numerous quality but reasonably priced golf courses in the area within a short drive. The major theme parks of Orlando are just 90 minutes drive away however close by is Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park. The shared heated pool and sun deck is located approximately 100 yards from the condo and provides an area to relax and enjoy the year round sunshine that Florida has to offer. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a friendly local bar and a 24 multi-screen cinema complex. Larger shopping malls are within 20-30 min drive.

Our apartment is located at the top of Tampa Bay just north of Clearwater Beach in Oldsmar. Clearwater and St Pete's beaches are just 20 mins drive, however the quieter beaches of Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon Island and the locals favorite, Caladesi Island are only a short drive. Join in the endless activities for young and old or relax by the pool and recharge your batteries. You can golf of one of the many local courses, walk , jog or cycle the Pinellas Trail or through John Chesnut Park. For those who like to watch rather than participate the Tampa Bay Buccs play NFL football at the Raymond James Stadium, the Tampa Bay Lightening play NHL hockey at St Pete's Times Forum and Tampa Bay Rays play MLB baseball at Tropicana Field.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Non-refundable deposit £50 per week is required at the time of booking.
    A security deposit of £100 is required with the payment of the balance, 6 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation from the local management that all conditions have been observed.
    £50 cleaning fee will be added to bookings of less than 7 nights.
    Price inclusive of all Florida taxes.
    Keys will be provided along with a leaflet and directions, no later than 2 weeks prior to departure.

A Great Wee Gem of A Place to Stay

We found this condo to be very clean, well equipped and the whole experience to be very well organised from start to finish. The owners were effecient and dealt with any enquiries promptly. It was a very relaxing holiday and so comfortable for my husband, myself and my mother. We had a great time and would definately recommended this condo to anyone planning on visiting the gulf coast area.

My husband and I and our two teenage sons spent a week at this condo in August 2009 and had a nice relaxing time. The condo was very comfortable, clean and homely and had everything you required for your stay. The added little extras of ornaments and pictures gave it a real homely feeling which was appreciated after touring USA staying in hotels. The pool was clean and very quiet. in fact the whole estate was very quiet. It was only a short drive from beaches and tourist attractions and within walking distance of a large supermarket, bars and restaurants including fast food outlets. I would certainly recommend this condo and would have no hesitation in booking again if ever I returned to Clearwater.

Thankyou so much for renting your lovely apartment to us. It is in a fantastic location enabling us to visit the surrounding area with ease. The apartment is as described; clean, modern, well furnished and fully equiped with all you need to self cater.
The owner was a delight to deal with and responded to all our queries immediately. The information provided in the apartment was accurate and helpful, we visited Macaroni Grill Restaurant on the owners recommendation and had a lovely meal. We would also recommend Crabby Bills restaurant at Clearwater for a great seafood restaurant.
We thouroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend the dolphin boat trips from Clearwater Harbour as well as visiting the award winning beaches along this coastline.
We will definately be returning to Oldsmar and will be staying at this property again without a doubt, we would recommend it to anyone...many thanks.

We are more than happy to recommend this Condo. We had a lovely holiday and it was perfect for Golfers, people who love the Florida beaches and not forgetting the wonderful shopping malls. Everything you could need was in the Condo and we would definitely return.

Great cond very clean and spacious.Directions from airport
very simple only 20 min journey.
pool area very nice close to shops restaurants and cinema
all within walking dist including pub!
some good golf courses near by including fox hollow.
would recommend for couples or singles wanting to chill
