Casa Miravale is located on the South East side of the Island of Madeira near to the City of Santa Cruz. The area has stunning unspoilt countryside all around with the most wonderful panoramic views stretching for miles in all directions including to the South Coast and the Atlantic Ocean with views of the Desertas Islands. There are large terraced areas off the bedrooms and lounge, a large BBQ house for cooking and eating local style espetada. The Pool, which is set in the colourful mature gardens, is heated and large enough for good exercise as well as fun. One can enjoy countryside tranquility here in the peaceful countryside. Many interesting walks can be instigated from this point and the golf courses of both Palheira and Santa de Serra are just 10 minutes drive away.

Just 10 minutes from the airport this location is favourite. Besides your on site heated pool you have the benefit of a full Aqua Park with slides and rapids fun for all ages with special facilities for the younger children. Many pools for more serious swimming nearby at Santa Cruz. At Santana you can have a fun day our at the Theme Park which has many different ways of showing us the history of Madeira and the local skills of the people. The 3D ride over the Island gives a good insight into the beauty and the numerous sports which can be persued. There is a boating lake and acrobatic trambolining and a climbing wall. A must for adults and chilçdren alike. Many levada walks can be enjoyed in this area of all grades including for the less able. Two wonderful golf courses are situated on this side of the Island also where you can get the expertise of the proffessionals or just exercise off the stresses of life.
