When you first arrive at your home away from home, you will notice the beautifully maintained grounds, as well as the 2 outdoor balconies (both facing the lovely town of Merimbula.) Being one of only two apartments in the complex, a peaceful holiday is assured.
Upon entry to the first level, you will immediately realize you have chosen the perfect Family Holiday Retreat! Enjoy a restful night's sleep in one of three large bedrooms. The bedroom accommodations are as follows:
* Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
* Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed
* Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds
The second level offers an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with flat cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Take in the amazing hilltop views while dining in the formal dining area, seating 6. There is also a kitchen bar, which seats 2.
The spacious indoor/outdoor living areas come together seamlessly, creating the perfect place to entertain and enjoy the splendid scenery. Relax on the balcony, soak up the sun, enjoy an afternoon BBQ, and be mesmerized by the beauty of Merimbula.
LOCATION:
The center of Merimbula is only a short distance away. Sitting on beautiful Merimbula Lake, this town has many exciting activities and attractions to take in whilst on holiday. There are five main beaches to enjoy, Main Beach and Short Point being the best beaches for surfing, whilst Bar Beach is known for its snorkeling. Of course, there are many other water activities to enjoy, including Whaling, Fishing, Kitesurfing, and Boating!
Children of all ages will enjoy Merimbula's Magic Mountain theme park with Miniature Golf, Water Slides and a Roller Coaster! If a more relaxed outdoor adventure is what you seek, you will love the Merimbula Wharf, or talk a 5 minute walk to the town's main Shopping Centre.
