Luxury penthouse apartment in the prestigious Victoria Boulevard development

Victoria Golf Penthouse is a spacious luxury apartment located in the award winning Victoria gardens development on Victoria Boulevard. Shared pool and gardens.

The apartment is on the same site as the world class Victoria Golf course and is surrounded by other top quality golf course such as Millennium, Laguna, Pinhal, the Old Course and Boavista.

We have furnished and equipped this apartment with everything you need for a luxurious, stress free and relaxing family holiday, please read on for more details.

A luxury 2 bedroom air-conditioned penthouse apartment located in Victoria Boulevard, an exclusive, private development of luxury apartments & townhouses, set within the prestigious new Jardins Victoria in Vilamoura.

A grand boulevard runs through the development leading to the site of the new Five star Tivoli Hotel (completed March 2009). The hotel has a state of the art health spa, various bars and restaurants. Visitors can also use the Victoria golf club restaurant and bars.

Extra Childcare Equipment -: The apartment is equipped with a folding cot and a high chair for the use of guests.

Car seats are available for hire from both car hire companies and the local property management company.

Management Service: For your comfort and peace of mind we employ a local English speaking management company, meet and greet at the apartment is included.

Arrival and Departure: Keys can be Collected from the local Management company or you can arrange for a management company representative to 'Meet & Greet' your party at the apartment.

Normal Check -in and checkout times are; after 2.30pm on the day of arrival (sometimes its possible to get access to the apartment earlier or to leave luggage) the apartment must be fully vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

  • - Returnable security deposit is required.
    - Sorry but No Smoking and No Pets are permitted in the apartment.
  • - Where a requested booking falls into two price periods, the booking price will be calculated on a pro rata basis, eg a week long stay falling 3 days in August and 4 in September would be calculated as 3/7 of the August week price and 4/7 of the September week price.

Absolutely brilliant apartment, perfect for our young family of 4. Apartment itself is one of the nicest we've stayed in - all mod-cons (eg dishwasher, air con, sky TV) well built and really nicely done. The balconies are safe for children. Pool is well maintained and again perfect for the children and not too crowded. Taxi to Villamoura is about 7-10 euros (Rosa's Cantina is a good place to go for a value for money meal plus a couple of cocktails!). There are loads of golf courses around. For the beach I think Falesia is a bit crowded (although it's fine) and recommend a trip out to Vale de Lobo (about 25 mins) beach or even up the coast past Albufeira where there are some brilliant rock formations jutting out from the sandy beaches. Whilst you could spend a week at the pool or in the local town I think a hire car is the best option to explore the area. We'll go back here if we go back to Portugal.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Regarding beaches Nikki beach (next to the left side of Vilamoura marina is a good option for total luxury and glamour, Quarteria beach for authentic local appeal and Falesia beach for natural uninhabited beauty.
Falesia beach can get busy at the harbour end, particularly during August which is the busiest month and also at a few points close to the more remote developments, however the beach is several miles long so there are always quiet completely empty spots further along - you can walk along the beach from the marina or alternatively there are convenient car parks right by the beach (which are even closer than the marina is to the apartment), these access roads are not clear however so I will investigate it fully and put details and directions in a comprehensive guest welcome and information pack that will be in the apartment. The pack will include all the local infrormation, discounts and recommendations a holiday maker or golfer may need
