Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Family vacation area, shore rental, beach block, affordable.

Features: This home is perfect for couples or families who wish to enjoy their summer vacation in a super clean and cozy 1st floor condo. Located on St. James Place, in the quiet North end area of Ocean City.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the summer breeze on the brand new front porch. Once inside, you will find a charming, newly decorated living room, with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen is equipped with a self-cleaning oven, all new; microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, cooking utensils, garbage disposal, dinnerware, glassware and silverware.

A separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your private use.

The master bedroom has a new queen bed and bed coverings, flat screen TV and a connecting master bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with new bed coverings and TV. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and new bed coverings...great for children.

There is a hall bath with a shower enclosure.

A new window air conditioning unit is centrally located in the main living area. All bedrooms have new window air conditioning units as well. There are ceiling fans in each room.

The back entrance has a private deck with seating, storage area and an outside shower.

Six beach tags are included for your use during your stay.

Our property is conveniently located just steps to Ocean City's protected beaches and lifeguard station. The famous Ocean City boardwalk with amusement rides, restaurants, ice cream parlors and shopping are just a short stroll away.

Best week all summer in Ocean City at Saint James Place!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were close to the beach and the house was perfect. It was clean and very accomadating. We had places to go eat, the little grocery store was right there, we could live there all summer!!! Wishful thinking! Also, the landlords were very nice. Can't wait till next July.
