The country house La Quercia is located only 12 km from the sea and the Tuscany Etruscan coast. The location is dream-like and quiet, surrounded by vine yards and olive groves. The country house La Quercia is available to our guests as a free standing one-family house. The house (100 m²) has been newly partially renovated and it accommodates 6 people. It has 2 storeys. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with fireplace and a living room. On the first upper floor, there are 2 big bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with 3 single beds, bathroom with shower and WC, as well as washing machine. The arrangement is simple, friendly and attractive, in a rustic Tuscany style with arch and beam ceiling. The well kept garden with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to dine in open air, enjoying the breathtaking panorama and the silence. In the garden, there is a small pool for children (3.5 m x 0.70 m). A parking lot is available on the property.

Montescudaio is a small, romantic village, 12 km from the sea and the Tuscany Etruscan coast. It is located on the Pisa hills, behind Cecina, and it is an agro- tourist center. In medieval times and in Renaissance, it was an important fortress thanks to its strategic location. From the ruins of the former fortress and from the old tower ‘La Guardiola’, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. On clear days, your view will reach the plain of the river Cecina, the blue Tyrrhenian Sea with its islands: Capraia, Gorgona and Elba, as well as the high top of the island Corsica. The geographical location and the natural surrounding favour a hill /sea tourism. Montescudaio has a wonderful village center, which invites you to walk on its narrow streets. On the Piazza, you can have a cappuccino, or you can eat in the typical restaurants.

  • Linen and towels can be rented for a price of 10 Euros per person and per week. If you need only linen, the price would be 7.70 Euros. Electricity, water and gas are included in the above mentioned rental rates. The final cleaning is 40 Euros and it needs to be paid on location. No travel cancellation insurance is included in the price. We kindly ask our guests to sign the cancellation insurance themselves.
  • Our guests will receive a Welcome-card with 5 % - 10 % discounts in chosen, typical Tuscany restaurants.
  • For last minute bookings, namely within maximum 10 days before the check-in, we offer a 10 % last minute discount. For bookings by January, 31st 2007, you can receive an early booking discount of 5 %.
