Lovely property set in a delightful large mature garden with exotic colourful plants and orchard. On entering through gate there is a long winding cobbled drive lined with hedgerow leading to the front of the villa with palm trees all around the property thus providing complete privacy from neighbouring villas. Wide steps lead up to the front entrance door, there is an open terrace on right hand side of the villa with dining table & chairs which looks out onto the beautifully kept lawns and garden. Towards the left hand side of the villa there are more steps leading up to the pool area & terrace which is surrounded with high hedges. The entrance door leads into the spacious lounge which has a log burning stove in one corner, patio doors lead out to the terrace. The hall leads through to the dining room which has an archway opening through to the well equipped kitchen & laundry area. The 4 bedrooms are all spacious, master bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom.

Spacious attractive villa situated in the countryside on outskirts of Odiaxere not far from the Alvor estuary. The area is an ideal location for families looking for a quiet holiday but not too far from town & beach. The Alvor estuary separates Alvor from the Meia Praia with its beautiful golden sand dunes which is only a 5 minute drive from the villa with same distance to the nearest village of Odiaxere which has all amenities necessary, restaurants, supermarkets, market, bank & post-office. The main town centre of Lagos, which is basked in history, is approximately 5 kms from Odiaxere. Lagos has a variety of beautiful beaches with dramatic sandstone cliffs and wonderful beach bars dotted along the shore. The town centre has a vast variety of restaurants, bars & cafes with colourful esplanades. There is a new Marina with its colourful harbourfront which has visitors from all over the world and boat trips, dolphin safaris can be arranged for trips around the bay.
