Eden Residence is located in an exclusive luxury residential setting overlooking the sea, 500m from the village of Cap d'Ail, and near the border with Monaco. Built in 1892 it was originally Hôtel Eden with over 150 rooms. In 1945 it was divided into apartments, but still maintains most of the original decor.
