Luxury detached villa with pool and outstanding sea views

Deze villa, op wandelafstand (10 à 15 min) van de zee is een echte aanrader!
De villa is zeer ruim, proper en volledig uitgerust met al het nodige voor een prachtige vakantie (Ons gezelschap: 2 volwassenen en 4 jong-volwassenen van 16, 18, 20 en 21 jaar). Er zijn voldoende ligzetels, 3 parasols, mogelijkheid om zowel binnen als buiten comfortabel met zes te eten.
Binnen is er tv, een collectie boeken en dvd's en enkele gezelschapsspelen.

Ook de keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met een grote koelkast én diepvriezer, wasmachine, microgof, enz...

Met een temperatuur van meer dan 30 graden, waren we blij om binnen airco te hebben en buiten een zwembad.
Het zwembad werd dagelijks onderhouden, zonder dat dit op enige manier onze privacy hinderde. Ook de nabijgelegen huizen zijn zo ingeplant dat je volledige privacy hebt.
In het dorp (10 min wandelafstand) zijn er verschillende tavernes en restaurants, een bakker, groentewinkel, supermarkt en apotheker.

De badkamers zijn aan de kleine kant, maar doordat er twee badkamers zijn (één met ligbad en één met douche, elk met een toilet), vormt dat zeker geen probleem.

We had a perfect 2 weeks in Alan's villa. It is exactly as it is described on the Internet. The welcome pack was much appreciated on our late arrival. The villa was clean and very well equipped. Tea and coffee were in the cupboard and we just replaced what we used. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable !

We enjoyed many hours sitting on the patio looking at the beautiful sea views. The large fridge freezer was perfect for stocking up on water,beer,wine,ice cream etc.

We found that a car was essential as it was a long walk up a dust track from the village, and also to see the Island. Popy from Sergios was very helpful at sorting out
car hire.

The washing machine was fabulous as the weather back home was non stop rain.
We couldn't find ahy faults, although we would have liked wi fi at the villa.

We are looking forward to going back next year.

Our family really enjoyed Alan's villa. The villa was very welcoming and spotless upon our arrival. Like other reviewers, we were treated to a wonderful basket of goodies including wine, beer, milk, eggs, cheese, meat, bread, butter and jam. It was perfect for us to feed our hungry kids and to have a nice adult beverage after our long trip. The villa has many amenities for kids and adults alike. Our 4 year old especially enjoyed the selection of kids DVDs. There were also plenty of movies and books of a wide variety of genres that gave us as good of a selection as you'd get at a library or a blockbuster.
The pool was perfect for young ones still learning to swim, as ours are not strong swimmers, but had plenty of pool area for splashing and playing. Alan even provided a baby gate at the top of the patio so our little ones could not get to the pool easily. The only thing that made me nervous with my kiddos was the spiral marble stairs. They became slick if walked on with wet feet (and we practically lived in the pool, so wet feet were the norm). We also worried about our 2 year old wandering out of the bedroom in the middle of the night disoriented and falling down the stairs. This was minor and easily overcome, but might be difficult for elderly folks (although the downstairs bedroom would be perfect for them).
We ate every meal on the patio, and used the grill almost every meal as well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowls and plates. I was also impressed with the large variety of spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, sugar, etc. All the things you want to cook simple meals, but are wasteful to purchase if you're visiting for only a short time. We would highly recommend Alan's villa - it was a great value and a very relaxing venue for our family vacation.
