Ormond Beach is a great vacation destination for Rest and Relaxation or for those special Daytona events (Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest). The balcony has a great view of the ocean. A favorite time is that morning cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise or sharing a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the sound of the surf, watching dolphins at play. Relax in your beach chair on the private beach or take long walks along the majestic Atlantic Ocean.
This is our home away from home and has all the comforts any vacationer would need. Our kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to create a gourmet meal, or a simple snack. If you prefer not to cook... there are many local restaurants from upscale to cozy beach eateries. There are even restaurants that you can call for delivery. The condo contains a book with some local menus.
Ormond Beach is a great location to set off on sightseeing adventures in Florida. In less than 30 minutes to the north is the oldest city in Florida, St Augustine, with such things as the lighthouse, Alligator Zoological Park, Fort Matanzas, Scenic Cruises, Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe it or not and more. Also, Marineland is a small scale Sea World with shows and exhibits. Daytona is 12 miles south and offers a mecca of tourist attractions with Live Theater, Nascar experiences, and Adventure Landing water park and much more. Orlando tourist attractions are just 45 miles away. To the south is the Kennedy Space Center and the Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. For those that want more than just the quiet and solitude of beach life, why not try windsurfing or kayaking? Rentals are available in close proximity.
Our Ormond Beach oceanfront condominium has been recently redecorated and the tastefully appointed Master Suite comes with a plush king size bed. The master bath includes an inviting shower. There are large closets, and lots of drawer space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. A new flat panel TV is provided in the master bedroom and cable TV is available in the master bedroom and the living room. There is a DVD player in the living room, master bedroom and guest room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there are two additional fold out beds available. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bath with tub and shower. Extra towels and linens are available in the hall closet.
The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic Ocean and also overlooks the well maintained swimming pool. A soft sofa and love seat, along with a cozy lazy boy chair invites an afternoon nap. This room opens to the balcony. A variety of board games are provided for your family's enjoyment. The stylish dining room comfortably seats four to six.
The large swimming pool is reserved just for the guests of the Ormond Breakers. There are fresh water rinses for the sand and salt. A full size washer and dryer are located inside the shared storage unit on each floor.
A garage door opener or keypad will get you inside the assigned private parking garage which has room for one car, or a few motorcycles and shared with another unit. Shopping carts located near the elevators make it easy to bring in your groceries or purchases.
