We have two apartments, one a penthouse and one ground floor. Both are fully air conditioned, have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) with a private roof terrace to the penthouse and a large terraces from the lounge and master bedroom to the ground floor apartment. Both have TV and DVD players, washing machines and WiFi internet access (just need to bring your laptop) Both are on the brand new Turtle Bay Village site in Esentepe. Set in gated complex with 7 pools (1 heated) with sun loungers and patio furniture, BBQ areas, private beaches (one sandy) indoor and outdoor gym, bar (on adjacent complex), mini market, mini golf, tennis courts, laundry, playground and restaurant (proposed for 2009). Both apartments are furnished to a very high standard. 500m from the new Korineum Golf and Country Club. Ideal for families and golfers. Car hire essential. As there are two apartments this makes it ideal for larger party bookings whilst still giving each party privacy.

The many facilities on the complex makes this an ideal base for families who enjoy the beach and sports facilities. Locally there are scuba diving clubs, paragliding, a superior golf club including luxurious spa complex and superb restaurant. Located 30 40 minutes drive from Ercan airport and just over an hour away from Larnaca airport the apartments are ideally placed to explore the unspoilt Northern Cyprus countryside. Kyrenia is a 25 minute drive away and there are many restaurants and bars along the main drive towards Kyrenia. The old village of Esentepe is a 5 minutes drive away where there is a local supermarket, petrol station, butchers and various shops and a couple of restaurants. There are banks and casinos in Kyrenia and along the main road from Esentepe to Kyrenia. Alagadi beach, the nesting ground of loggerhead and green turtles is a short drive away and offers a large expanse of sandy beach. There is a small taverna offering drinks and meals.
