Our delightful modern family villa is available for self catering holiday rentals in the Costa Blanca. The villa, well equipped with a private pool, is in a quiet location with mountain views. Surrounded by orange groves and beautiful countryside, it is situated in an ideal holiday location, only 10 minutes drive from Blue Flag standard beaches, between the popular seaside town of Dénia and the medieval market town of Pego. The villa is detached and can sleep 4/5 people. The Oliva Nova golf course, Safari Park Vergel, numerous village bars/restaurants, and the glorious golden sandy beach stretching from Oliva to Dénia are all within 15 minutes drive from the villa. Midway between Valencia and Alicante airports (about 1 hours drive from either airport), providing a perfect self catering holiday location for all the family.

The villa is private and has its own pool, it is well equipped by the owners themselves and situated in a quiet location with mountain views. It is in an ideal holiday location only 10 minutes drive from Blue Flag standard beaches yet set away from the usual noise and bustle of seaside resorts, 25 minutes from Denia and Oliva and 5 minutes from the medieval town of Pego with its squares, restaurants and tiny streets. A little further afield the Montgó mountain and National Park and the scenic valley of Jalon can be reached, both offering good walking, riding and exploring activities. The picturesque Val d'Ebo is even closer, reached from the local Sagra - Pego road. There are well known theme and water parks (Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica) just 45 minutes away and the Safari Park Vergel is a local attraction within a 10 minute drive. Good bars and restaurants are plentiful in the villages around and recommendations are always available in the villa Information Pack provided.

Beaches / Walking / cycling:: Miles of Blue Flag beaches. Watersports range from windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoe and pedalo hire. Snorkelling off the rocks at Les Rotes. Boat trips available. Very popular area for walking. Hiking and walking guides available from tourist offices. Many attractive walking areas around, including Montgó mountain and National Park, Vall d’Ebo in mountainous area around Pego. On popular cycling circuit for local clubs. Bike hire available in beach resorts. Local mountain biking centre, also offering guided tours, assault course, caving climbing and other adventurous activities.

Exploring / Places to visit: : Many different scenic driving routes available, such as the spectacular drive on the winding mountain road from Orba to Benidorm. Denia castle, the harbour and the old town. Javea port, the Arenal beach at Javea. Oliva castle and old town. Benidoleig Caves. Safari Park Vergel.

Eating Out: : Large number of good quality restaurants along the coastal areas and in the main seaside towns of Denia and Javea. Also in local villages inland. For a special occasion, Restaurant Viva España is a well known local night spot just outside the town of Oliva, with a flamenco and cabaret show at weekends. This restaurant attracts local Spanish people as well as tourists. For a very simple different Saturday evening in the Summer, La Noche Mexicana is a Mexican themed evening on a family ranch near Alcalali. There is a simple outdoor barbeque. Meals are accompanied by the excellent mariachi band followed by the beautiful dancing horse. This is a popular venue for wedding and anniversary celebrations.

Highly recommended, excellent communications with Owner throughout. Local support in Spain near the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Property is vell well maintained and appointed. All as described on the web site. Lovely well maintained pool. Friendly neighbourhood and fantastic views. Sea within 15mins to 20 mins driving. Beaches uncrowded. Recommend a boat trip along the coast from the nearby port of Denia

Lovely Villa, Very well kept, nice gardens and nice and clean, met by a lovely couple who were very helpful. Quiet location car essential, One to recommend to friends and family.
