This prime Elk Location is just 15 minutes to Traverse City, Elk Rapids and many awesome festivals in the north. Enjoy the lake at its finest with the beautiful canopy of mature trees above, Sit in the sun or swim, kayak, or use the paddle boat down by the dock. We have a sandy swim area for little ones with a wonderful spot for mom and dad to relax and keep an eye on them. When was the last time you sat by a camp fire under the stars beside a lake and made a s'more?

This is a self contained wing of the house for your personal use with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large 20 x 24 family room with kitchenette, a large selection of movies and games and a beautiful lake to enjoy right in front of you. This is the vacation you have been wanting for years. Total square footage in your private wing is 1600 sq feet.
