The apartment is located on one and a half acres of regenerating bush, adjacent to the Bournda National Park, in a quiet area just 7 minutes from the centre of Merimbula. The pristine beach is just a 200m easy walk.

Right outside your door, there is a solar heated swimming pool, barbeque facilities, and a childrens' play area (separated from the pool area by childproof fencing) with safety trampoline, cubby house, climbing net, slide & lawn area for games. There is ample storage for sports gear and off street guest car parking.

All bedrooms & living areas have views over the ocean. This luxury accommodation includes TV, VCR, Austar, stereo, telephone, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave). Infant furniture is available at no extra charge.

Dolphin Cove is a non-smoking accommodation, dog/pet friendly. The property is onsite managed and owner occupied above.

Our accommodation is rated 4 stars by AAA Tourism, the organisation that manages the star rating system for Australia's motoring organisations (RACV, NRMA, RACQ etc).

By the AAATourism definition, a four-star rating means -
