Living in Paradise! This Luxurious, immaculate, professionally decorated, waterfront Condo on the third floor (End Unit) of Marina View Condominiums, has breathtaking views of the gulf sunsets and all that surrounds the Marina at Cape Harbour.
Nestled in Cape Coral this jewel has huge double glass sliding doors which takes you right onto the expansive interior lanai (which contains all-weather wicker furniture) and the wrap around outdoor terrace. The Master bedroom has two large walk-in closets, king-size bed, LCD television and dressers for storage. Also includes a desk for laptop needs and/or work. Master bathroom features separate sinks, large soaking tub, separate shower and other amenities. Beautiful countertops located in both the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. The Second bedroom features a queen size, LCD TV and dresser and the third bedroom features (2) twin beds, dresser and closet. Provided in the huge family room is a 42 inch Pioneer television, leather sofa with 2 matching swivel/rocking leather chairs with an additional storage closet and patio door to side balcony. The Kitchen has views of the marina and has upgraded, professional appliances incl. stove refrigerator (with ice-maker), microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen comes fully supplied with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutting boards etc... The Great Room features a dining room table/chairs, sofa, loveseat and upscale kitchen bar stools all with a view overlooking the marina. The condo features its own laundry room inside the unit with washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi acessible from Run A Grounds,DVD players in both the family room and master bedroom, tile flooring throughout with the exception of the 3 bedrooms and this is a Non-smoking unit. Our condo offers over 2200 sq. ft. of air conditioned living with approximately 1200 sq. of outdoor living.
As a guest, you will also have access to the Clubhouse which offers a second pool, Clubhouse entertaining and a fitness room.

It is located on Florida's West Coast at the Caloosahatchee River, which is a tidal river ending into the Gulf of Mexico right here. 15 miles to the most beautiful beaches on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure, white, sugar, and powder sand. Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevards. Enjoy dining or cocktails on their gulf side decks overlooking the beach. Sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

In looking for our 'Home away from Home' we searched the gulf side of Florida for our perfect “boating, golfing and entertainment' community. While traveling from the white sands of Destin, FL. in 2004, through the Sarasota/Clearwater Beaches down to Naples, we looked at Condos, Single Family Homes and Townhomes until we came upon the Marina at Cape Harbour. Once we saw the marina, the beautifully kept landscape, the restaurants and the condominium development, we immediately saw that we found our dreams in this luxury yachting community. Here at Cape Harbour, we found the perfect mix to live up our time away from our busy lives at home. We could enjoy our leisure time boating, shopping with our friends at The Promenade and Marina Boutiques; we would have first-class amenities and choices of upscale dining, socializing by the waterside, relaxing by a beautiful resort-style pool or entertaining friends at The Clubhouse. It simply encompassed everything we wanted at our “Home away from Home”
