The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.

All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.

Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised.

One bedrooms are available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.

The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.

Large Ground Floor Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom flat. The flat can accommodate 3/4 persons and has one bedroom with twin beds only and en-suite bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has SMALL DOUBLE BED (4ft only) and 2nd bathroom. There is a sofa bed in reception. Please note there is a £50p/w additional charge for this. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher and reception with dinning for 4. There is direct dial telephone, TV and broadband wi-fi access (free of charge). The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park. Notes

  • There is a one of End of Stay Cleaning/Laundry Charge for the flats in addition to the rental as follows;
    2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Flats £110.
    1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Flats £90.
    1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Flats £85.
  • We require a security deposit in order to secure the booking the balance of rental and end of stay laundry/cleaning is due 28 days prior to arrival.
    Bookings of 1-2 weeks - £250.
    Bookings of over 2 weeks - One weeks rental.

    The security deposit is held in addition to the rental and laundry and is refundable after departure less and telephone and/or any loss or damages.

    Cancellation Policy - Cancellation can only be accepted IN WRITING and will not be effective until actually received by the us. If written cancellation is received at least 28days before the date of arrival the deposit and any rental paid is refundable in full. If written cancellation is received by the us less than 28 days before the date of arrival, provided the rental has been paid, the deposit and laundry fee are refundable and any nights we are able to re-let the property.

  • Apartments are available for occupation from 14:00 hours.
    Apartment must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Should you need a later departure time please ensure you request this at the time of booking an additional 1/2 day rate will apply.

    We do NOT accept American Express.

Excellent stay

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment which is conveniently located near a subway stop, shops and restaurants (my favorite was the Indian restaurant Raj of India at the corner of Shepherd’s Bush Road and Minford Gardens). The apartment was clean and comfortable and I got a kick out of the metal flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. In the living room was a large bookshelf with lots of different books for all tastes. Although I'd brought my own I noticed that the owner also provided various electrical plug adapters. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc and the washer dryer were easy to figure out.

The key exchange which can often be cumbersome in vacation rentals was extremely easy as was the payment method. In addition my security deposit was refunded promptly.

Thanks for a great stay and see you for my next visit to Hammersmith.

Excellent apartment for an excellent holiday

We enjoyed our english holiday very much also thanks to our confortable apartment.
The property was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet residential area. Georgia was extremely friendly and gave us precious information about the transport and the commercial centre. We recommend this property above all to a family with children like us, because the tube station is very near the property and in the nearby there are supermarkets, shops,pubs and restaurants.

Great stay in West Kensington

We had a wonderful week at 10 Sinclair Gardens. The flat is spacious and light, with a living room area from whose windows trees and a garden are visible. The flat was spotless when we arrived. There are ample dishes with which to cook. There is as well a combined washer/dryer. The dryer has a bit of a hard time with heavy cottons; I'd recommend light loads.

If you email Georgia you wil receive a reply at once; she is exceptionally conscientous, punctual, and very helpful.

We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who wants a nice flat close to Notting Hill.

Excellent stay at Sinclair Gardens

Sinclair Gardens was the perfect accommodation for our 9 day London stay. I did endless internet searches and talked to many agents and landlords before I found Georgia and spoke to her about the flat(s) she manages. What I found immediately comforting was the fact that Georgia was a real live person I could talk to on the phone and she answered all my questions and followed up my queries with email information! Before I felt comfortable handing over cc details and paying in advance I had to know that the flat was ‘real’ and the individuals I was letting through were genuine. Georgia and Sinclair Gardens were all the above and MORE! The service and care factor were terrific. The ground floor flat was immaculately clean when we arrived and everything prepared for our stay. I’m very fussy on cleanliness and the flat passed my inspection immediately! The location was very workable as the tube and buses were about a 6 min walk to the station and access to any area of town was very easy. Waitrose and Marks and Spencer’s were in the nearby Westfield Mall so good food was very handy. There’s an excellent selection of restaurants in the mall also. Holland Park is within walking distance and has to be one of the most beautiful areas in London. Bring comfortable walking shoes, as you WILL walk to and from the flat. The price per week I thought was ‘reasonable’ based on what other flats are being rented for. The size of the flat is quite spacious with high ceilings so there isn’t the feeling of being cramped on top of each other. I would definitely recommend Sinclair Gardens if the Shepherd’s Bush area of London is workable for your needs.

Wonderful flat in London

"I just rented this apartment in London near Shepherd's Bush. The location is excellent, because it's near enough to the underground, bus station, shops and stores in the area, but is nonetheless situated in a quiet street. This ground floor flat was extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean, with 17-foot high ceilings. The manager of the property, Ms Florey, was consistently helpful, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen was well-equipped, so much so that we had more meals here than we planned. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms modern and clean. All in all, this place added enormously to our enjoyment of London. I certainly plan to rent again from this company the next time I'm in London. I readily and unreservedly recommend it.
