The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property. All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge. Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised. One bedrooms are available with double and can accommodate 2 persons. The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.

Second bedroom has zip and link twin beds (or king size bed) with en-suite bathroom. There is a single sofa bed in the large twin beded for an additional person. There is a £50p/w additional charge for this. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Large equipped kitchen and reception with dinning for 4. There is direct dial telephone, TV and broadband wi-fi access (free of charge).   • There is a one of End of Stay Cleaning/Laundry Charge for the flats in addition to the rental as follows;

  • We require a security deposit in order to secure the booking the balance of rental and end of stay laundry/cleaning is due 28 days prior to arrival
    Bookings of 1-2 weeks - £250
    Bookings of over 2 weeks - One weeks rental

    The security deposit is held in addition to the rental and laundry and is refundable after departure less and telephone and/or any loss or damages.

    Cancellation Policy - Cancellation can only be accepted IN WRITING and will not be effective until actually received by the us. If written cancellation is received at least 28days before the date of arrival the deposit and any rental paid is refundable in full. If written cancellation is received by the us less than 28 days before the date of arrival, provided the rental has been paid, the deposit and laundry fee are refundable and any nights we are able to re-let the property.

  • Apartments are available for occupation from 14:00 hours.
    Apartment must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Should you need a later departure time please ensure you request this at the time of booking an additional 1/2 day rate will apply.

    We accept credit card Visa & Mastercard. Please note we have a 2% surcharge for credit card payments.
    We do NOT accept American Express.

A great flat in a fantastic location....

We stayed at Georgia's flat last week while we were exhibiting at the Metro Ski Show. A great location, clean, tidy, well equipped, spacious rooms and a 10 minute walk from London OIympia. Perfect. Will be booking shortly for next year. Definately recommended.

Fantastic experience-already thinking of coming back. All in perfect working order. Nice residential area. Comfortable beds. Clean place. Everything you could need. I recommend Alanouk Persian restaurant around the corner for dinner. Only drawback is for any light sleepers as you cd be awakened by upstairs nightowls' 3am return home as it is not fully insulated for noise. Big fully-equipped kitchen. Be warned bathrooms are small but will suffice fine for 1 week - no complaints. Locate mins from Westfield shopping mall (reputed the larges indoor mall in Europe). Plenty of grocery shops and eateries and pubs nearby.

Enjoyed our Flat in West London

My teenage daughter and I rented a wonderful 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in the Hammersmith/Fulham borough of London that gave us a very reasonably-priced place to call "home" for a week in February, '09. We were somewhat outside the center of the city, but very close to a Tube station (Shepard's Bush) and to a huge new mall, called Westfield. We felt like Londoners! The flat had all that we needed--including internet access--and was very clean and quiet. We were able to contact the property manager whenever we had a question and she was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone who doesn't need to be in the center of London, and wants all the basic amenities of "home."
