The apartment has a pleasant enclosed courtyard to enjoy a social drink or play area for kids plus a front balcony off the lounge overlooking the street vista . Pool area in complex.

The lounge comprises a modern lounge suite including two chairs with TV and DVD which together with a timber dining table seating six creates a very relaxing modern city pad for a family or business executives. The kitchen is a spacious U- shape with good working bench area and is well equipped for entertaining..
