This new three bedroom contemporary duplex is perfectly positioned, just across the road from the pristine beaches of Fingal Beach!

Ducted air conditioning is upstairs only and is one small feature in this luxury property which also boasts polished floors throughout, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and an open plan living area with a large plasma TV & DVD.

Also upstairs the main bedroom has a queen bed with walk in robe, and ensuite with walk in shower. There is a great entertaining verandah with quality outdoor furnishings and BBQ.... perfect for outdoor dining with the best view in town!

Downstairs the second bedroom has a double bed with built in robe and the third bedroom has two single beds and a trundle with built in robe. An internal laundry with washer and dryer and DLUG completes this magnificent holiday property.

Whether its a romantic weekend escape or a family holiday, this property has all you need for an enjoyable stay!
