Casa Nina is a large spacious luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, set in its own grounds on the outskirts of peaceful town of Pedreguer. This is the perfect villa for families and couples who want a peaceful holiday. The living accommodation comprises large lounge/dining area with satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine leading to large half covered naya with steps to pool and BBQ terraces. Cloakroom. Lower level has two double bedrooms (one with en suite), two twin rooms and family bathroom, door leading to pool and sun terrace. Outside features gated car parking area leading to landscaped gardens including fruit trees and various palms, BBQ terrace. 8x4m pool with Roman steps and large sun terrace equipped with loungers, reclining chairs and parasols. Whilst there are a number of supermarkets for your grocery needs, there is also a large market on a Saturday morning selling all types of local fayre. The Costa Blanca enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine throughout the year making it ideal for year-round living conditions. Monte Solana (mountain of sun) is just 15 mins drive away from the award winning beaches of Denia and Jevea. This is the perfect setting for families or couples who want a quiet peaceful relaxing holiday with easy access to local tourist attractions.   • Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Price on application for long/winter lets. We are pleased to offer free secure parking for one car when flying from Gatwick.Paypal accepted (paypal fee charged extra) Please call for more details.
  • A 30% booking deposit is required to secure the booking.
    On receipt of the booking deposit and our booking form completed and returned to us a letter of confirmation is sent to you. The balance and the breakage/key deposit (£250) is then due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is direct to our bank, details are on the booking form. Breakage/key deposit is returned within one week, after satisfactory inspection and return of keys.
  • Heating is chargeable extra from November to April.
    Wireless internet available on request at £30 per booking or per month.

To the front there are steps from the parking area to landscaped garden with various plants/trees typical to the local area. Turn the corner of the villa, leading to the BBQ terrace and the magnificent mountain views. Down the steps leading to the pool terrace or maybe up to the half covered naya (sun terrace) its your choice! The naya is ideal for alfresco dining either under cover or in the sun! The private pool is maintained for your comfort and has a large patio with loungers, reclining chairs and parasols. Modern kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Fully kitchen with kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee percolator. Out And About: The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. The Jalon valley boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (30 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Aqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, which you find in Pedreguer, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit. Most of the local villages have a market during the week supplying fresh local produce, wine and crafts. Denia has daily fish market, dates and times from the tourist Office.

Special Interests: Walking Holidays are very popular within this lovely region of Spain, the coastline is very interesting with lots of cliffs and rock formations. The huge IFACH rock jutting out into the sea at Calpe rock has two great walk across it. Equally impressive are the inland walks through the beautiful Orange Groves and the famous Jalon Valley. Cycling and mountain biking are also popular. La Sella Golf and Spa (Marriott Hotel) only 10-15 minute drive away - 18 holes and driving range. Javea Golf Club only 15 minute drive away - 9 holes and driving range. Many more further away - ie Oliva Nova Golf Club - 30 mins

Locally: The town of Pedreguer with its variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants is a 5 min drive away. Both Javea and Denia (both worth visiting) boast an abundance of places to eat and visit. Close by are the beautiful Jalon and Orba valleys with their typical Spanish villages surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. For a fun day out try the Aqualandia water park, the Mundomar animal park or the Terra Mitica family theme parks.

Golf: La Sella Golf and Spa (Marriott Hotel) only 10-15 minute drive away - 18 holes and driving range. Javea Golf Club only 15 minute drive away - 9 holes and driving range. Many more further away - ie Oliva Nova Golf Club - 30 mins

Having just returned from a 10 day break at this villa with three sons and two girlfriends in tow, I can honestly say the villa was exactly as described, and perfect for us. The views of the mountain are lovely, the villa is very well equipped for the maximum people with plenty of seating, loungers, parasols etc. Thoughtful touches such as games, books, dvds were much appreciated on the few nights we spent in. The beaches of Javea and Denia are only a 20 minute drive away and the town of Pedreguer is well equipped with a large modern supermarket for all your self-catering needs. Although the pool is unheated, we enjoyed swimming and water-aerobics in mid April (very refreshing! - best to just jump right in.....) The owners provided excellent customer service and responded immediately to my initial enquiry. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Holiday

Absolutely fantastic villa and base for a Spanish holiday. The villa is very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. It's very well built and decorated to a high standard, the grounds and pool are also superb. Plenty of chairs and sun loungers and the pool is a good size too. I just can't think of anything we needed that wasn't in the villa already. It's all in the detail with Casa Nina, there's even 2 types of place mats for the table depending on your mood. The barbecue area is wonderful and we had many great meals there.

I must admit I was very cynical about the villa as the photos make it look really good and it's often the case that reality isn't the same, how pleasantly surprised was I when we got there? It's even better in the flesh, the photos aren't misleading at all it really is that nice. The views are amazing, the villa is very roomy but also manages to be cosy at the same time.

The location is very quiet indeed but with a car the whole Valencia region is within easy reach. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away too. Great views from the villa and pool, plenty to go and see and do.

So in summary I really can't fault anything at all, the owners were very friendly and helpful both before and after our stay. The villa is everything and more stated by the owners, very clean and very well appointed. I went with 5 adults and my 18 month old daughter and we all had the most amazing time here. I didn't know what to expect as mainland Spain is a place I'd never visited before but it's now a place I fully intend to return to and with a bit of luck I'll be visiting Casa Nina again as well. Great holiday which was mainly down to a great villa. Thanks a lot Steve and Nina.

LUXURY VILLA

What can I say Truely a wonderful spacious clean villa. The pictures do not do the villa justice. This villa felt like a home from home not a holiday let. All the things you could possibly need where there, the decor and attention to detail were brilliant. The owners both prior and after the holiday have been helpful and informative. The welcolm pack was a life saver after arriving late on the saturday know breakfast for sunday was done. Everything was so clean and tidy, the board games for the children included along with being able to take your own sky card made entertainment after a hectic day a breeze.
I would recommend this villa to all but then again perhaps not as it might get booked up when we want to return and return we do want to do.
Location like the ownders said you definately need a car, it's far enough away from the tourist attractions to offer complete peace and quiet. BUT also the villa ia central enough to enable you to travel and explore with ease. A perfect villa I cant fault it. Or maybe I can It's Not mine!

I have just returned from the Casa Nina after a two week holiday and had an amazing time.

The villa itself is maintained, furnished and facilitated to an exceptionally high standard and the location and surroundings are beautiful. The swimming pool and the outside facilities (such as sun beds, dining areas and hammock) are of excellent quality, as is the amenities within the villa, no expense has been spared. I can honestly say the pictures of this villa do not serve it justice, seeing really is believing!

In addition the owners and local representatives alike, are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Without any doubt we will be returning to the Casa Nina next year!!!!

Great holiday home

Our whole family really enjoyed the stay at the villa over half term. It really is as nice as described. The villa is very nicely furnished , home from home, but with a fab pool, loungers etc. What we really liked were all the different outside places to sit and relax...or revise in our daughters case!

The customer service form the owners and the pool man were great.

We would definately recommend this villa. It is in a perfect location for a complete chill out, but also near enough the beach not to get bored!
