Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Our home was very clean and cheerful. Everything was there you could possibly need and then some. Being on the lake was a delightful place to sit out, eat, relax and view the rolling desert hills. This home is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms, a large open landscape kitchen and social area. We loved it. Bring your food and toothbrush; you will too. The 1st floor Pool room added still more options and takes this home further over the top. Beyond these, the hiking and siteseeing options are extensive. Thank you.
Just had a great time staying in your beautiful home . Truly a home from home for us. Can't say too much about the absolutely marvelous location on the canals - the view from the terrace is stunning.
So many facilities in the house, there would be no reason to leave at all. The boat ride at sunset was truly a great bonus.
Thank you so much
Two best friend families got together and stayed here for a week. The property was beautiful, local manager was very responsive to minor issues, and everyone enjoyed all of the amenities. Close to multiple attractions, yet a feeling of privacy. Would strongly recommend this VRBO.
Our extended family had a wonderful week during Spring Training! We had five adults and two young children. The house is clean, nicely furnished and is in a beautiful location. The welcome basket was enjoyed by all! We loved the pontoon boat and took it for a spin several times during our stay. We loved seeing the wildlife—several species of ducks, geese, egrets, heron, turtles, raccoon and fish. Our four year old granddaughter was so excited when she caught her very first fish! Our son and daughter enjoyed playing golf at a nearby golf course. Our daughter-in-law and granddaughter found a beautiful Easter dress while shopping at a nearby mall. Our daughter recently took a new job and needed to work from the home. The layout of the home was perfect for her to be able to join in conference calls and use the wifi. Camelback Park was only 15 to 20 minutes away and we attended the several Spring Training games. The pool and jacuzzi were fun for everyone! We cooked our own meals every night in a well-equipped kitchen. When we called the management (Judy) with a couple of questions, she responded immediately. She brought us more propane for the BBQ even though we told her we would not be using the BBQ until later in the week. She called the pool man who came to the house within an hour and reset the system so that the pool started heating again. The week was a memorable fun vacation for all! We plan to return next year!
My family flew in from Rwanda where we are missionaries to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. My parents are from Minnesota and flew in all my siblings and their families. So expectations were high. Unfortunately the customer service was so poor that it overshadowed the great property. A property manager (not the owner of the house) whose real job was a realtor was ill equipped to deal with managing this property. Her constant blaming of others (and me) became old. Instead of taking charge and making things right she exasperated the problems by pretending to know the answers. Here are a few of the things that went wrong. Swimming pool was ice cold. The pool guy finally came by and explained that the timer was off (and the entire explanation that the property manger gave was out of ignorance - his words not mine) but even after he left we never enjoyed a heated pool. The thermostat in the house was stuck in "cool mode" and even though the temperature was set to 72 degrees it blew cool air all night nearly freezing my parents. Finally the property manager changed "cool mode" to "heat mode" and the thermostat worked the second night. 3 yard lights were out in the front and made it difficult for my elderly parents to navigate. The pool man said he would fix this and it was never done. The pontoon battery was dead. The water heater is not adequate for large numbers it is designed for a family of 5. We tried to get the high definition to work in the room with the pool table (as it is written in the description) we finally figured out that the TV in the living room is the one with the HD (ok, I felt stupid for not figuring this out). The property overall was stunning and the location is wonderful. It just became apparent that we were on our own and that my calls to get information for things fixed would not come to fruition. I was embarrassed since I was the one that set the reservation. We did receive a refund for the heated pool as promised. In retrospect I was very reactive when I couldn't get a hold of anyone or when I was told that "you must have pushed the wrong button". I am a fairly intelligent guy and certainly make mistakes but what I needed to hear was someone taking responsibility and getting some answers. I would not recommend this property to anyone only because of the property manager. When I called her number the voice mail gave me another number to call which ended up being her "work" back up which added to the growing frustration.
Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home! We had such a great time with our three adult kids. We bought groceries and then just stayed at the house the entire time we were in Glendale. It was big enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and everyone loved having their own television in their bedroom. The hot tub was so relaxing and we absolutely loved getting to use the pontoon. It was so fun to ride around looking at Christmas lights after dark. Thank you for being so patient with us as we called about getting the pontoon running. Thank you also for the welcome basket and wine. We would definitely recommend your place to others and would love to return sometime!
