This flat is in a fantastic location, but I would not recommend it to any of my ex-pat friends unless a considerable number of changes are made.It looks like a student flat that hasn't been cared for in many years.
For example: broken light fittings on bedroom ceilings, stains on the carpets, filthy grill that filled the kitchen with smoke when used, filthy windows in bedrooms, black mould on the bathroom ceiling, broken toilet roll holder, dripping shower.
It's lucky that I live nearby, and was able to make this place look habitable before my relatives arrived after a 24 hour journey from the UK. In future I will be taking my business elsewhere.
On the upside, the management company are fantastic and very responsive.
