The ground level consists of a combined lounge/dining area, complete with dining table seating six guests and a spacious living area with 2 lounges, TV and DVD player. A well equipped and spacious kitchen is provided, consisting of oven and grill, gas cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, bench seating for 3, good size fridge and all utensils, pots, pans, appliances, cookware and storage.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the rear fully enclosed court-yard, with an outdoor table and seating for up to eight - all within the landscaped gardens. A separate toilet services the ground level, while an interlay laundry with top loading washing machine, clothes dryer and tub will ensure you won't have to pack too heavily! This Cremorne holiday home offers direct access down one flight of stairs, to 2 secure undercover car spaces.

The first floor features each of the bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms both feature double size beds. A further single bed is found in the attic if needed.
