The condo is located next to the Ritz Carlton and St Regis 5-star resorts in the California Riviera. The condo is within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants and is a short 5 minute drive to both Dana Point Harbour and Laguna Beach and its upscale shops. The Beach House is a beach-themed two bedroom, two bathroom condo which has been completely remodelled to include a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and new furniture throughout. From the living room, second bedroom and one of the patios you can see the bright blue Pacific Ocean views. The condo's location and amenities make it ideal both for large families and romantic getaways. WiFi internet, cable television, free long distance phone calls (to UK as well) and DVD players help make your stay even more enjoyable.

Don't forget David Beckham and the LA Galaxy play nearby! From the condo you can also easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants.
