Stylish and modern apartment in the town centre

'Solace 3' located at 8 Lawson Street is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in town, only 1 block back from Main Beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished with large comfy couches, spacious bedrooms, air-conditioning, Austar and a North facing balcony with BBQ and great for people watching.  The large layout of the apartment makes it comfortable to stretch out.  One bedroom and bathroom on living area level, main and second bedroom and second bathroom on top level.

Features include: Italian tiles downstairs; polished timber floors upstairs; well furnished living and kitchen; new king & queen beds in spacious bedrooms; mini stereo with Ipod jack; second TV in master bedroom; rear private access, patio, security gate & garage. Park the car & walk to everything!

*Please note: Ray White Byron Bay has a strict NO PARTY regulation on all properties.
