Charming rustic style cottage over two floors with a smart interior that will set your holiday off in style! This little gem of a property is nestled in the mountains yet with the advantage of being only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Sóller. The property boasts a large secluded roof terrace enjoying magnificent panoramic views of the famous Tramontana Mountains - enjoy a day lying in the sun or a romantic meal in the evening watching the sun go down! A lovely secluded terrace awaits filled with orange and lemon trees accessed directly from the bedroom. The location of the cottage is fantastic especially for those looking forward to exploring the area - there are lots of fantastic walks to enjoy leaving from your doorstep. It is a 10 minute drive to the Port of Sóller and only 20 minutes from Palma city. This property is new to the market and we are confident that it will make your holiday a special one!

Located in the beautiful town of Sóller nestled privately in the mountains. 30 minutes drive from Palma de Mallorca airport. Enjoy a fantastic 1 hour train ride from Sóller to Palma on the historic wooden railway - a must do! The Port of Sóller is a short drive away or alternatively you can hop on the tram from Sóller town direct to the beach. Lots of good shopping available locally - great butchers, fruit market and a lovely delicatessan. Well stocked supermarket called Eroski located a few minutes from the cottage.

Notes: Mountain setting so car strongly recommended - preferably a small car or 4 x 4 would be ideal! Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. It is a 1 minute walk with around 35 shallow steps to reach the cottage from the parking area.

Ideal as a summer destination, Mallorca also enjoys a nice climate throughout the year. Spring and Autumn time are the best times to explore the island on foot or by car. Summer days average 30 degrees with a warm mountain breeze coming up the mountain. We have lots more photographs to send you if you would like!

For rentals of more than 2 weeks, special rates apply.

Public tennis courts are located close by. Horse riding is also available in Bunyola about 10 minutes drive from the cottage.

Golf: There are many golf courses dotted around the island. One of the closest to Sóller is the Son Termens Golf Course. It is a 18-hole course and is located about a 25 minute drive away
