Number 10 Lansdowne Court is a two bedroom ground floor maisonette just a 5 minute level walk from Torquay town centre with its shops, restaurants, harbour, cafés and nightlife. The local beach, Torre Abbey sands is just 5 minutes away, as is the medieval Torre Abbey and gardens, which has just been extensively restored. The Living Coasts attraction is also a short walk away, and Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Kents Cavern are accessible either by car or bus. The South West coast path starting from Daddyhole Plain is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot by seasoned walkers. The property has been finished to a high standard and benefits from allocated parking.

Or take a trip back through time to Cockington Village where thatched roofs prevail and watch a blacksmith working in the 14th Century forge.
