Elegantly furnished and luxuriously appointed, Breezes is situated on the exclusive and secure Royal Westmoreland golf resort providing guests with a challenging golf course, beach club, pools and fantastic facilities for tennis, swimming, & gym. Set within beautiful tropical gardens, with wonderful views of the sea, and with a full time housekeeper, it provides a perfect home for a relaxing holiday in the Caribbean. The very large and airy open plan marble floored upstairs living room leads on to a fully covered terrace perfect for outdoor living and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are very spacious and each open out onto a terrace leading on to the gardens leading to the shared pool. The separate cottage bedroom is set within the enclosed private front courtyard garden. All bedrooms are en suite and air conditioned and the house is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, stereo, wireless broadband, barbecue, hairdryer, linen and towels.

Notes: The large spacious and airy living room has sofas and chairs to seat 10, as well as a dining table seating 6. The outdoor covered terrace which leads off the living room has comfortable seating for 6 and another dining table for 6 people. The front courtyard has an outdoor table and chairs with sun umbrella, and a gas barbecue.. The housekeeper, who works 6 days a week, will do all household cleaning and bed making as well as personal laundry and ironing. The communal swimming pool for Forest Hills use only, is 1 minutes walk across the lawn from the house. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged - please discuss at time of booking.

Golf: The 18 hole championship golf course is challenging and beautiful in its tropical surroundings with lovely sea views from most holes. Villa renters have concessionary rates which include use of a buggy. The club house with views over the course to the sea beyond, contains a bar and restaurant as well as a pro shop with golf equipment and clothing.

Royal Westmoreland Facilities: The exclusive Royal Westmoreland is a secure and gated resort with security staff present at all times. Apart from the golf facilities and Club House, on the resort there are floodlit tennis courts, a fully equipped modern air conditioned gym, 2 communal swimming pools, snack bar, table tennis, and childrens club at peak times. All are within easy reach of the house. The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay, less than 10 minutes drive away, provides luxury beach beds with umbrellas, towels, sun deck, and beach bar service. The Spa facility is also at Mullins, and provides many beauty treatments and massages. There is a car park for members and guests, and a shuttle bus service operates between the resort and the beach club in high season.
