Year of construction: 1970. Date of last renovation: 2008. It is at only 1 km from the Vatican and 2 km from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, it is also easy to reach by bus and train, subway stop is at 2 km.

What a GREAT place to stay. Our experience with the owner of this property was nothing but good. We were a little nervous because we had never been to Rome. But the owner always did JUST as he said. He arranged transfer for my family of ten and he helped track down our missing luggage. The apartment is spacious and it's just enough off the beaten path that it's good. Some of us caught early buses into town in the morning. Others stayed out until early morning and caught other buses back into town. The buses run constantly and although you CAN walk from one side of Rome to the other, WHY? So we used the bus and subway system and THIS apartment was the perfect place to catch the bus. Again, the apartment is spacious. It is clean. It has a kitchen that is setup to enjoy. If you want a large place for your group or family to stretch out - This is it. We were all very satisfied.
